Investment Banking Associate

Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch (BOCSG) is looking to hire a member in its Investment Banking Department (IBD) , under the branch’s Investment Banking Division (IB Division ). In this job you will play an active advisory role in the origination, structuring and execution of event driven, transformational, complex and multi-product financing solutions as part of the Investment Banking Division which comprises of M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Capital Advisory . The Division provides strategic advice across the capital structure on fundraising options to BOCSG’s highest tier of Singapore, SEA, and Greater China clients across all sectors, working alongside with relationship managers and the various product teams to structure, originate and execute investment banking transactions.
