Job Description
Investment Banking Associate – TD Securities Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Line of Business: TD Securities
Pay: $135,000 - $155,000 CAD per year, plus discretionary variable compensation.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data, and identify and analyze mergers and acquisition opportunities.
Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities.
Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client presentations.
Aid senior team members with idea generation.
Manage and review the work of analysts.
Develop internal relationships to leverage products and services provided by TDBG.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
