Investee Compliance Officer

We are looking for a detail-driven Investee Compliance Officer to support the compliance management of portfolio companies across the funds managed by Edge Growth Ventures. This role sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, and portfolio management, ensuring that all investee obligations, agreements, and regulatory requirements are actively monitored and managed. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Portfolio Management and Legal, playing a key role in maintaining governance, tracking compliance, and supporting investment operations.

Responsibilities

• Investee Monitoring & Compliance (Primary Focus)
  • Review investee legal agreements with Legal to ensure obligations are met
  • Track and flag key investee events for proactive planning
