Inventory Reconciliations Officer

The primary objective of the Inventory Reconciliations Officer is to act as the accounts receivable and customer service point of contact across our eCommerce channels and platforms, providing exceptional support to our customers and building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders. This role is a catalyst between the marketing, warehousing, IT and finance teams driving operational efficiency through analysis that minimises order processing issues and delays.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile all group (including eCommerce) accounts to maintain up-to-date ledgers and figures.
• Reconcile PayPal, Amazon and Shopify bank payments against the accounts in SAP.
• Review and reconcile all orders in eCommerce against the WMS and finance system.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager with projects, adhoc or end-of-month tasks.
• Raise credit notes for fees and other charges as needed.
