Inventory Optimization Head

Job Description

• Order Monitoring & Processing: Monitor, receive, and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from Modern Trade customers to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Order Fulfillment Coordination (Fill Rate): Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Control teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment according to the quantity and assortment specified in customer orders.
• On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery Management: Ensure timely and complete product deliveries to Distribution Centers (DCs) or retail outlets while meeting OTIF performance standards.
• Complaint, Return & Rejection Handling: Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including product rejections, returns, and non-acceptance due to Near Expiry Date (NED) or other operational concerns.
