Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Collect and Analyze Supply Chain Data — Gather data on inventory, demand, and supply processes; scrutinize it to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
2. Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity — Oversee ERP input accuracy, ensure consistent MATCODE/designation handling, and maintain trackers for netting, return, disposal, and aging items.
3. Generate and Update Reports and Dashboards — Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports—ranging from SKU-level insights and PR releases to netting and disposition status—while ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams — Work with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, and vendors to align on demand forecasts, inspection outcomes, pullout schedules, and root cause resolutions.
