This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing returned items, identifying the reason each package came back, and directing products to the appropriate next step so customers receive their devices without unnecessary delays. The role combines hands-on inventory handling with system lookups, light product rework, and close coordination with teams across shipping, quality, customer service, and sales operations.
