The Roustabout does whatever is needed on the rig and around the rig site to help operations run smoothly.

Role

In general work everywhere on and around rig helping where directed and needed.

Responsibilities

• Personally responsible for own safety and conducting one's self to the standards of Nabors Policies and Procedures.
• Always wear your Personal Protective Equipment.
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and drills.
• Be involved in the Smart Program.
• Work safely at all times.
• Assisting Derrickman in mixing chemicals.
• Assisting Floormen in keeping rig and location clean and organized.
• Assist Floormen on rig floor when needed.
• Keep a good attitude towards your job.
• Help Electrician or mechanic when needed.
• Help Operator Rep. when asked if needed.
