Working weeks: term time only + INSET 

About the Role

As the SEND Intervention Lead, you will work closely with the SENDCO to coordinate, plan and deliver targeted interventions for students. This is primarily an out-of-class role focused on running small group and 1:1 sessions to help students with their emotional wellbeing and support learning. Your key responsibilities will include:

Plan and run individual and group sessions covering social, emotional and mental health needs. 

Use data to identify target students, complete routine marking and screening, and monitor the overall impact of support programmes.
