Internship - Transit Management

As an Intern in the Global Supply Distribution Department, you will be involved in exploring and developing Agentic AI solutions to support Fab Key Users in incident troubleshooting and resolution. This includes leveraging MLOps practices, Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrated knowledge repositories to enhance automated troubleshooting, improve knowledge management, and provide intelligent user support. You will also work with Generative AI and document intelligence solutions to analyze 8D reports, extract critical failure insights, identify root causes, and generate high-fidelity test cases to validate corrective actions. In addition, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop AI‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen problem resolution capabilities, and prevent recurring production issues.
