- Week 1:
- Company Introduction & Basic Document Filing
- Company Introduction: Overview of the company’s business, products / services,
- Learning how to file document such as bill, delivery order (DO), invoice (INV) and
- Week 2:
- Product Pricing & Practical Sticker Handling
- Learning how to calculate prices for acrylic,clc,and acp material
- Hands-on training on how to measure and cut sticker accurately
- Week 3:
- Sales Flow & Customer Service Essentials
- Understanding the overall workflow in the department
- Learning how to serve customers effectively
- Assisting and serving walk -in customers and handling online / whatsapp inquires
- Week 4:
- System Skills – Billing & Quotation with AutoCount
- Training on how to use autocount system...
