Join the Completion Center as a Supply Chain Intern for 12 months. This position involves analyzing invoices and following up on payments to enhance financial processes.
Students in business administration are encouraged to apply as you will be integral to resolving invoice issues and creating purchase orders. Your bilingual proficiency in French and English will facilitate communication with vendors and logistic agents, while you independently manage the workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze parked invoices and resolve issues promptly
• Follow up on outstanding payment requests
• Create and revise purchase orders for transactions
• Expedite open purchase orders to suppliers
• Assist with vendor documentation for PMR
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in business administration
• Strong ability to work independently
• Fluent in both French and English
