Internship in Human Resource

Main Responsibility:

• Support the profile alignment with Hiring Managers
• Create job post and conduct screenings
• Schedule interview and follow up with stakeholders
• Prepare offer letter
• Initiate employee ID creation and profile completion for onboarding documentations
• Support the exit process for interns, as well as any case of internship extension and shortening
• Provide assistance in both Learning & Development and International Assignment topics

Project Involvement:

• International Assignment process improvement
• Learning & Development process improvement

• Strong command of English (both in written and spoken communication)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
