Job Description
- To observe and ensure full Compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
- Adhere to Alcon Value and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Code of Business Conducts.
- To understand the manufacturing process of contact lenses and the related equipment/systems from Molding Process until Finishing Secondary Packaging Process.
- Work with Front End Engineering crew constantly to review and analyze manufacturing processes and identify potential for improvements.
- To investigate the process and quality failure resulting from equipment/process related problems and work for permanent solution to fix them.
- Assist engineers in process improvement project deliverables such as conducting validation, engineering studies execution, data analysis, protocol and report write-up.
- Participate and contribute actively in Kaizen projects and initiatives.
