Internship Digital Marketing Intern

Bash makes party-throwing easy for busy parents — we create pre-assembled, themed goodie bags for kids' birthdays and corporate events. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to grow with us.
You'll get hands-on experience across the full marketing stack — research, creative, copy, email, and partnerships — with real ownership and direct access to the founders. In this role, you'll:

-Run deep market research to understand our audience — who they are, what they care about, where they hang out online

-Assist in creating ad creatives (static and video) that stop the scroll

-Help write ad copy that's warm, clear, and converts

-Generate and build email marketing content using Klaviyo

-Lead social media outreach to source and secure collaborations

-Pitch in on content ideas and campaigns as we test and scale
