International Recruiter - Latin America

THE ROLE You will own full-cycle recruiting for the group's roles across Europe and the Americas — primarily commercial and sales positions — sourcing, screening, and closing strong candidates quickly.
You will run our ATS end-to-end and be measured on the quality of your shortlists and your speed to fill.
Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO • Full-cycle recruiting — run intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers from start to finish.
• Active sourcing — hunt passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound outreach — not just process inbound applicants.
• Multi-market coverage — recruit across Europe (Spain, Switzerland, Serbia) and the Americas (Panama, the US, and wider LATAM).
• Sales-focused hiring — fill mostly sales and commercial roles (field sales agents, sales managers), plus operational roles (logistics, support).
