International Outreach and Conversion Specialist

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, International Recruitment, the Outreach & Conversion Specialist provides proactive, targeted outreach and support to international prospects and applicants to encourage progression through the admissions funnel and enrolment in NAIT programs. The role focuses on desk-based lead management and conversion, supporting recruitment efforts by engaging a high volume of international prospects and applicants across multiple markets and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, own, and continuously refine NAIT International's applicant-to-enrolment conversion strategy across all markets and intakes.
• Execute the conversion strategy through structured outreach to applicants — email, phone, and text/chat — moving them through the admissions funnel from offer to deposit to enrolment.
