International Experts Specialist (ESR+ International Work Mikkeli Project)

We are seeking an International Experts Specialist for the International Work Mikkeli (IWM) project on a fixed-term contract from September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029. The project's goal is to strengthen the vitality of the Mikkeli region by supporting the employment and integration of international experts and increasing regional retention. The position is located within the international services of the City of Mikkeli.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work on the employment participation of international experts and employer collaboration as part of International House Mikkeli activities. You will combine customer work and service development, supporting participants towards working life while simultaneously building new operational models and service pathways.
