The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, providing exceptional customer service, supporting the external sales team, and driving internal sales growth.Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum 5 years' Internal Sales experience

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (read, write and speak)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

SAP and/or Salesforce experience will be advantageous

Previous experience within a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment will be advantageous

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs and sales targets
