Within the Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance unit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The selected candidate will support the management of the Group Internal Regulations System of the Group, supporting and coordinating the relevant drafting, review, approval, communication, implementation, monitoring and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Support and guide Group Head Office functions and Group legal entities in the proper and coherent management of Group internal regulations, in terms of execution of the operational process consisting in the issuance, update, approval, communication, implementation and monitoring of Group internal regulations
