Duties & Responsibilities

1. Identifying job responsibilities
2. Drafting, posting and promoting job ads
3. Sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
4. Screening candidates
5. Organizing individual and group interview sessions
6. Conducting reference and background checks
7. Managing feedback and job offers
8. Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and data

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment.
