Internal Logistics Manager

Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, efficient internal material handling flow and lead the team to continuous improvement.
- Own the internal logistics fleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks): maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence.
- Develop and maintain material handling automation systems (AGV‑s).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate material flow and stock management.
- Apply a data‑driven approach to performance management through KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency.
- Lead the development of material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping, and a positive, safe working environment.
