About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal IT Technician to join our IT team at our Birmingham Head Office. As part of this small team, you will support over 500 users across the adi Group, playing a key role in delivering first‑line technical support while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and business systems.
Specifically, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide first‑line helpdesk support to over 500 users across the adi Group, ensuring tickets are resolved or escalated appropriately
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and authorised software
- Set up and support mobile devices using Microsoft Intune (Android and iOS)
