Our client, a leader in automotive education, is looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Technical Trainer to join their team, delivering Apprenticeship Programme at their state-of-the-art facility in bedford, Bedfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective apprentice learning in accordance with manufacturer and apprenticeship standards
Monitor and manage apprentice progression towards End Point Assessment
Collaborate with trainers and team members to deliver curriculum courses and manufacturer-specific modules both face-to-face and virtually
Utilise the latest technology and Trainer Accreditation methodology for training delivery
Ensure the training meets the Apprentice Programme objectives and maintains quality and standardisation
