Qualifications
- Support automation of recruitment reports extracted from SmartRecruiters
- Assist in data cleaning, consolidation, and transformation of raw recruitment data
- Maintain and enhance Excel-based dashboards (recruiter performance, BU hiring status, hiring aging, etc.)
- Support development of automated reporting workflows for recurring TA reports
- Identify data inconsistencies, delays, and bottlenecks in recruitment processes
- Assist in generating scheduled reports and distributing insights to stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure reporting solutions are maintainable
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Knowledge in Python, Power Query (Power Automate is an advantage)
