Marketing Assets Delivery
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand our onboarding requirements and timelines.
Vendor Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for new vendors to familiarize them with our systems processes and standards.
- Provide ongoing training and support to existing vendors as needed.
Mystery Shopping
- Conduct regular mystery shopping activities to evaluate vendor performance and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable feedback to vendors and internal teams.
Marketing Assets Delivery
- Manage the distribution of marketing assets to vendors ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
