Intern QC PMD Packaging Speed Testing (Kaiseraugst, 6-12 month)

Position Overview

Intern in the Packaging Speed Testing team at the Roche Kaiseraugst site, responsible for ensuring high‑quality standards of primary and secondary packaging materials used in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sub‑projects and support organizational development initiatives.
• Introduce gamification elements and contribute to process optimization.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and current projects within the team.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in a practical setting and develop project management skills.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Laboratories, Supplier Quality Management, Packaging Development, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning to gain a broad insight into the Quality Unit and production centre.
