Intern, Property Management (Capital Tower)

Manage contractors’ performance, raise work orders, certify workcompletionand handle contract administration work

Attend site inspections,supervise,and liaise with contractors on maintenance/upgrading and works at buildings

Prepare inspection reports / checklistsforperformance-based termcontracts

Obtain quotations for ad-hoc repairandseekthe management’sapproval as necessary 

Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings

Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion isin accordance withA&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
