1. Engage in on-job-trainings within own department and cross-functional teams to gain knowledge and experiences on organization’s core businesses.

2. Plan, develop, implement, monitor and report the progress of tasks/projects defined with the supervisors, including Continuous Improvement projects

3. Work side by side with engineer/executive within the given project scopes

4. Support day-to-day operations to ensure fulfillment of organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

1. Undergraduate degree from recognized local or overseas higher learning institutions in Automotive/Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) with strong academic record. Minimum CGPA > 3.
