• Support the development and improvement of an automated disposition system designed to detect, classify, and respond to inline lot quality deviation events.
• Apply real‑world semiconductor manufacturing concepts, including statistical process control (SPC), inline quality monitoring, data‑driven decision rules, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with process engineers, equipment engineers, data scientists, and operations teams through technical reviews, analysis presentation, and idea generation to refine disposition logic and user experience.
