Role Overview

This individual is responsible to assist the Loyalty & Engagement team in areas of campaign management, vouchers configuration, reporting, operations & analysis duties.

What You'll Do

• Merchant Onboarding: Assist with the merchant onboarding including document compilation, verification, and registration prior to campaign/voucher listing
• Voucher Configurations: To manage vouchers arrangement and configure the vouchers in backend system. Will also need to monitor the run rate and replenishment when required.
• Inventory Management: Tracking the availability of items in the catalogue, managing stock levels, and ensuring that items are in stock.
• Reporting: Assist the team in compiling monthly budget reports, partners’ reports, and utilization reports.
• Pricing and Point Valuation: Access the price given by supplier and compare them to the market rate pricing. This will ...
