Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing first-level technical support (such as account setup, password resets, access requests etc.) and create log, track and follow up on helpdesk tickets.
- Assist and support in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
- Support data entry, validation, simple report generation and maintain IT asset inventory and labelling.
- Prepare simple user guides, SOPs and troubleshooting notes and provide suggestions to improve IT processes and user experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and networking fundamentals.
