Job Description - Intern I - Finance - Mexico

Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Schneider is seeking a Finance Intern in Mexico City to support Schneider's finance team. The Finance Intern will work on a variety of analytical projects and be assigned to month-end close-related tasks.

• Executes the Accounts Payable Backoffice process related to Mexican carriers (daily).
• Clarifies and updates the status of invoices and PODs with Mexican carriers (daily).
• Prepares AP reconciliations with Mexican carriers (monthly).
• Executes the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the Mexican entities (weekly).
• Prepares account reconciliation for AP balances.

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
