Job Description
Job Purpose
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in delivering impactful talent and culture initiatives for Haleon Singapore. The intern will work under supervision of the HR Business Partner for Singapore and collaborate with other functions including Workplace Services, HR Business Partners in other Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets, and culture and engagement leads.
Key Responsibilities- Design, organize, and implement activities to drive inclusivity and engagement at Asia House such as National Day, World Mental Health Day, and the annual Year End Party.
- Support in implementing SEAT-wide talent and capability initiatives.
- Design, organize, and implement intern engagement and employer brand initiatives.
- Learn about the consumer health industry and our purpose to deliver better everyday health with humanity.
