Intern – GTM Strategy, Client Success

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding: ICP definition, sales process mapping, campaign planning
• Build and operate GTM infrastructure
• Run and iterate campaigns end-to-end: ideation, messaging, A/B testing
• Act as the main point of contact for clients: communicate clearly, manage expectations, deliver on time
• Translate client needs into structured processes and reliable systems
• Onboard and support Tricle AI clients (SMB & enterprise), gathering feedback from real usage
• Identify where clients get stuck and work with the team to improve the experience
• Help build our own strategy, AI automations and workflows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree at a top‑tier university — Business, Management, Economics, or a related field with a quantitative or technical component
