Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership Team. This role will be based in Shanghai.
We will count on you to:
Responsible for creating invoice lists; printing and scanning invoices; registering and deducting special VAT invoices.
Assist in verifying related reimbursement vouchers; organizing and archiving reimbursement lists; sorting and binding accounting vouchers.
Register and verify bank daily journals.
Organize input tax deduction lists.
Scan and archive documents.
What you need to have: 
Preferably a major in finance or related fields.
Basic proficiency in Office software.
Detail-oriented, practical, and responsible in work.
