We are looking for an engaged Student Intern for our Group Functions HR Compensation & Benefits department based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia . In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to peek into global HR C&B processes and a plethora of different HR topics, such as year‑end process, reporting, data analysis, digitalization and grading processes.

Key Tasks / Alternatively: In this role you will:

• Support team with Compensation Connect system (merit increment tool)
• Support the year‑end share points site creations
• Support the year‑end data collection, cleanup, and validation.
• Support the year‑end process administration in the regions with merit or bonus
• Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing myTW reports
• Support the off‑cycle merit increment template
