Intern: Backend Systems & Field-Device Maintenance

Johnson Controls, Inc. is looking for an intern for traffic services in Singapore. This role involves supporting the operational reliability of IT and field-device infrastructure by conducting system checks and performing diagnostics on WiFi-enabled devices.

As an intern, you will also assist in managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, ensuring smooth functioning of traffic systems through hands-on exposure to maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
