Job Description
As a key member of our HR Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Workday environment. You’ll combine hands-on execution with process optimization, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What you'll do:
+ Own Workday Transactions: Manage day-to-day Workday business processes (corrections, cancellations, rescinds), proactively resolving stalled or stuck transactions and ensuring employee records remain accurate.
+ Support HR Core Processes: Action “to do” and “review” steps within Workday (e.g., employee self-service changes, work permit reviews), ensuring timely and compliant processing.
+ Manage Key Requests: Handle unassigned requests such as job changes, role assignments, and the creation of new supervisory organizations.
