Foreman (Interior Fit-Out)
Cardiff (Permanent or Freelance)
£25 per hour (CIS/LTD) OR £40,000 + package
We’re recruiting for a Foreman to join an established regional contractor delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial and public-sector environments.
This role is specifically focused on internal fit-out works on a shopping centre scheme, requiring a foreman with strong interiors experience.
The Opportunity
* Key role delivering interior fit-out on a live commercial project
* Long-term work with a contractor offering a strong pipeline of projects
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works
* Managing trades, subcontractors and materials on site
* Supporting programme and working within a live environment
* Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
* Taking a hands-on role where required
