Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings
- Prepare coordinated drawings with MEP and architectural services
- Produce as-built drawings
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams
- Review IFC drawings and prepare material take‑offs
- Update drawings based on consultant comments and site changes
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Support technical submissions and project documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- 3–4 years of UAE interior fit‑out drafting experience
- Excellent AutoCAD skills; Revit knowledge is an advantage
- Good understanding of interior finishing details
- Knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, and acoustic systems is preferred
