Interior Designer (Office Space)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.

Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation.

Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.

Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.

Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. '

Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.

Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.

Maintain project documentation and design records.

Requirements:
