- Assisting team leader in his/her duties.
- Concept proposal, using SketchUp, 3D rendering or traditional drawings methods.
- Design development.
- Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing.
- Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept.
- Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports.
- Motivating.
- A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.
- Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit and Powerpoint.
- Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
