Job Responsibilities.
Design Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and manage interior design projects independently across hospitality, residential, and commercial developments.
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with Dugasta’s brand identity, project objectives, and market positioning.
- Contribute strategically to the growth and structure of the Interior Design department by supporting processes, frameworks, and operational standards.
- Provide commercially informed design recommendations, market insights, and value‑engineering solutions to management.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with design intent, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Design Development
- Prepare and oversee concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, space planning layouts, FF&E selections, 2D/3D presentations and renderings.
