Interior Designer / Drafter

Responsibilities Preparation of 3D renderings in your own direction, space planning, and projection drawing Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the team and customer Full involvement from tender stage to construction stage. Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production Good client management skills Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching Furniture and materials awareness Requirement Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture At least 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects Proficient in 3D Max, Auto-cad, and/or other design software application Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred as our carpenters are mandarin speaking)
