About You and the Role
As part of the Change Team, the Interim Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for managing the delivery of assigned projects including matrix management of resources supporting said projects. This includes all stages of the project life cycle from requirements, vendor selection, design, testing and implementation to ensure successful delivery. Project delivery involves making recommendations to senior management regarding the type and number of resources (human, financial, tools, etc.) required to deliver assigned projects, and co‑ordinating the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to timeline & budget constraints.
