Manage daily projects, including renewals and maintenance, ensuring smooth workflow across various processes and products. Allocate materials, equipment, and manpower effectively to meet production requirements. Monitor order progress closely to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Strategically plan and prioritise operations to optimise performance and minimise delays. Develop quality plans and schedules aligned with project scheduling principles. Monitor and adapt plans as necessary, utilising recovery schedules and contingency plans to meet objectives. Facilitate effective information sharing among project stakeholders. Ensure accurate data entry and collection from timesheets and production documents into the ERP system. Maintain organised documentation for internal and external audits.
