Job Description
The Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts related to Technology, and IT procurement.
Provide legal advice on procurement matters to internal stakeholders.
Ensure the protection of company interests in supplier agreements and contracts.
Support the resolution of disputes or issues arising from procurement activities.
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to mitigate risks.
Conduct legal research to support procurement processes and decisions.
Assist in developing and updating procurement policies and procedures.
