Job Description
The Interim Legal Counsel will hold the following responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
Work closely with sales teams for the set up of new customer contracts.
Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage and mitigate potential legal risks for the business.
Support on intellectual property matters and data protection issues.
Advise on corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
