Day Rate: £850 - £1350 per day via umbrella company We are seeking an experienced and strategic senior leader to join our Housing leadership team on an interim contract. This is a high-profile role responsible for leading the housing property, investment and asset services, ensuring residents live in safe, compliant, high-quality and energy-efficient homes.
  
You will provide strategic leadership across repairs, planned maintenance, asset management, capital investment, building safety, compliance and new build delivery. Leading the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital programme, you will drive a data-led approach to asset management, deliver value for money, strengthen regulatory compliance and improve resident outcomes.
